The victim is one of two people whose 2014 stabbing deaths that a 45-year-old suspect, Scott Barnett, told detectives he was involved in, according to Baltimore Police. Police said that the suspect, who has been charged with first- and second-degree murder, entered the front lobby of the Southeast District police station on Jan. 12, 2025, asking to speak with detectives about a murder and once in an interview room told detectives of his involvement of the death of 41-year-old Terrill Lehman and 46-year-old Charles Webster at a home in the 1600 block of Ralworth Road sometime after late November 2014. Loved ones reported the victims missing in Dec. 2014 and at the time of Barnett's arrest their remains had not been found, according to police.
Reminder: Police disclosures of homicide information are almost always limited to the block level. Markers in fine-detail or street-level zooms are likely to imply precision that is not actually present.
