Western District patrol officers responding to a report of an unresponsive person around 2:37 p.m. Nov. 15 found the victim at a home in the 1600 block of Druid Hill Avenue, where medics pronounced the victim deceased, according to Baltimore Police. On Dec. 5, The Medical Examiner's office ruled the victim's death a homicide by asphyxiation, according to police.
