According to Baltimore Police, on Aug. 23 homicide detectives were notified by the Medical Examiner's Office that the victim's death on Jan. 27 had been ruled a homicide due to injuries that he had sustained that day, when officers responding to a call to assist the fire department at a residence in the 400 block of N. Clinton Street found him unresponsive with suspected burn marks.
Reminder: Police disclosures of homicide information are almost always limited to the block level. Markers in fine-detail or street-level zooms are likely to imply precision that is not actually present.
