Notes:

On April 12, 2022, at approximately 9 a.m.,  Maryland State Police was advised of a possiblebody located off of 95 North at mile marker 95, in Cecil County.

Once there, Troopers located the remains of a female, later identified as Danielle Parnell ( B/F, D.O.B. 03/04/1992) obviously deceased.

The remains of the victim was transported to the State Medical Examiner’s office where the death was ruled as a homicide.

Maryland State Police detectives worked closely with Baltimore City Homicide detectives and determined that the murder occurred in the 4700 block of Vancouver Road, in the Southwest District.
