Police were canvassing the area for a stolen vehicle when they came across the shooting scene moments after four people were wounded in gunfire, including two who died. The suspects jumped out of the stolen vehicle and began shooting, then carjacked another vehicle to make their escape and crashed it a short distance away, police said. They fled on foot. One of the victims was waiting at a nearby bus stop. Another had gotten into an argument with the suspects, police said.
